Fast, easy, reasonably friendly. At least 2 of the vacuums don't work. Free vacuum with wash is great though when the working vacuums are available.
Only 1 of the 4 "free" vacuums worked. The machines to buy cleaning supplies only takes change
I've been here quite a few times and the service is usually great but the other day when went the two employees working either didn't understand me or didn't get what I was asking but I asked if my back window was down or cracked because it had fallen off the track and they shook their heads. Well that wasn't the case cause as soon I went thru the wash water came pouring thru my back window. It was frustrating but at least I have leather so it wasn't too hard to clean up.
Lousy customer service, their brushes need to be updated they did not wash the dirt off just smeared it around
Just a regular car wash. Simple. Cheap. If you get a wash, the vacuum is free. Which is nice. Just know that they do not fill their machines (with the interior cleaning clothes and stuff) anymore. The bums keep breaking into them and stealing the quarters I guess. If I wanted detailed washing, I'd go somewhere else and pay more.
