Scratched my car in multiple areas and removed the paint completely in 4 separate spots . I went to talk to the customer service rep to file a complaint. Refused any, and all responsibility.
First time going through a machine wash. the staff were instructive and patient. My dirty white Civic came out like a brand new one. I used the free vaccum right outside to dust off the interior.
The parking lot is challenging to get out of during high traffic times. Every time I get a wash here my rear license plate gets bent.
All in all for $10, it was a very worth it purchase and I will definitely come back again!
If you take your car here, stop. Or take lots of photos as they damage your cars paint.

We returned from a camping trip with a very dirty car. Kaady asked us not to use their car wash without pre-rinsing our car of the sand. It immediately dawned on me that the sand may damage the paint of our car and cars after us. I appreciated their foresight and tough stand they took. Even more they let use their vacuum hose to clean the interior without having used their actual washing service. We returned after washing the worst of our dirt off at home. The car was washed and dried in no time. Well done.
Would highly recommend this place. I've tried many car washes in OR and this place is hands down the best. Brought my Model S here and they did an amazing job. Everyone is detailed to the last drop of water. They even use compressed air to get all the water out of the cracks, even in the rims. All inclusive price of $14. Will definitely be coming here every time I need a wash.
