We didn't buy anything, just went to check out a kind of a rare type of car. The guy seemed weird, kept telling us how many bmws he sold that day.
Unfortunately I had to give 1 star. They really deserved 0 stars. Be warned if you are buying a car from Ken and his "crafty" team you will not be pleased with the results. The suv we bought has now been in a shop for 10 days with no end in sight about its future return. Ken has not bothered to call and give updates at all. He has offered plenty of excuses when I have been able to get ahold of him. He has offered us a rental 10 days later lol yeah that will go well considering how amazing your current selection works. Flat out steer clear of Crafty Ken and his not so Quality cars. In closing find a different spot and don't let your kids by the front door as they will be covered in cigarette smoke from the employees. Have a great day Crafty Ken. Sincerely Paul.
These guys are THE stereotypical sleazy used car salesmen. Made the mistake of buying a car from them, worst choice I've made in my car buying life. The thing was a polished turd. The "extended warranty" I bought with the car was run by even more scandalous people than the car lot, which i learned after every seal in the engine failed because the "mechanics" at quality car sales are con men worse than carnival folk, and they screwed my honest mechanic out of $900 when they refused to cover the repairs. F these guys. I honestly hope they fail, go bankrupt, and get the hell out of the car sales business.....and maybe their marriages fall apart and live out their lives in destitution.
Do Not Buy A Car From them!!!! They will sell you something that looks and runs great only for a few days, then the car starts having major issues and will not work with you to solve it!! Have a great mechanic, you're gonna need it!!!
Contacted them about a car I was interested in asking for a few more pictures because it was located a few hours for me. The sales man was to lazy to even do that and just said no thanks. Pretty pathetic.
