Terrible customer service. I wanted i info on Europe. For every question I asked, his reply was to find the answer online. Don't you think I know that? I came into your business for your expertise. If you don't know the answer, just say I'm sorry I only have experience with Asia travel.. Don't waste your time, book it online.
