Agent Cammie Decker made the arrangements expeditiously; and, she made contact with him whenever there were any changes. Not only that, but she was available to answer any questions he had before his trip and did so in a personable manner.. Working with Cammie certainly helped make Jesse's trip worry-free and more enjoyable

My wife and I worked with Angela to book our two week trip to Italy last June. We wanted to use a travel agency, since this was our first trip to Italy. Angela was great work with - she had our best interests in mind and helped us out with all of arrangements for the flight, train stops and hotels. The only reason this review is not a 5 star is that we did not like our hotel in Rome (last of four cities on our trip). Azumano partnered with another travel agency to book our trip, and the hotel they recommended was not up to par compared to the other 4-5 star hotels we stayed at throughout our trip. Again, Angela was great to work with and was very thoughtful in booking the different parts of the trip. My wife and I recalled how pleased and appreciative we were during the trip on the train that we didn't have to figure any of the times/ticket transfers, etc. as Angela took lead in figuring all of that out for us
CI Azumano Travel did a great job as did our agent Rena Harris. She helped with so many details on our first cruise to Alaska that it took away the stress we were feeling as first cruisers. We had a wonderful time and recommend Azumano and Rena to anyone wanting very personal service and many suggestions from experience. Rena is a cruiser and told us things to do for fun we would have had to learn for ourselves. She also saved us a lot of money in some areas by using her suggestions. It was our 25th anniversary first cruise and a great life long memory! Definitely Five Stars !!
Diana Miller was perfect in handling all the arrangements for taking my wife and I to Italy, especially considering my wife had never traveled outside the USA. Diana was able to book the airline of our choice along with getting us a hotel package that allowed us to stay in Amsterdam a touch longer than we had originally planned.
Great condo and awesome time overall but there was an issue with the return flight. Hawaiian airlines changed our flight and told us our travel agent had been informed and should have informed us that our flight had been switched to an earlier flight that we had already missed. Maureen at CI Azumano said she was not informed of the change by Hawaiian Airlines. It took 3 hours to sort this out at the airport and we had to pay for our rental car for the rest of the evening and fly back on a red eye and get back to Portland at 11am Monday instead of 11pm Sunday. Maureen contacted The airline and got us each a $300 credit toward our next flight. I can't be sure but chances are that it was the airline that dropped the ball on the communication and probably overbooked our flight to begin with. Our trip was the week of thanksgiving. I'll give them another chance to book a trip and be able to increase the rating if the flight schedule isn't mixed up and everything else was was good as last time.
