Pain in the ass experience. If one person is looking at shoes on the same rack as the one you want to look at you might as well sit your ass down because your gonna wait. And they carry no wide widths at this store. Came in to try on some Asheville’s and at first the guy was helpful, but when I ask for a size in a wide width he totally shut down on me. Said they don’t carry a complete inventory on account of space issues, rattled off the names of a few retailers that might have what I want and went on his merry way. I got the broom all the way to the door.
Love the Keen Brand shoes, sandals and boots! The work boots are very good and comfortable, and more importantly wide. The only complaint I have about Keen is that the laces come undone easily.
Keen is such a great company! Environmentally conscious and a contributor to the community. Also makes great shoes! I have 6 pairs and just bought 3 more. So comfortable and well made.
Style is nice and love the fact their made in portland but hurt the hell out of my heals..feels like ive been walking on boulders all day. there is no padding in the sole of the boot no matter what insole you put in them. Maybe come up with a "keen air" type work boot that would be cool
I've been a huge supporter of this organization, purchased thousands of dollars worth of shoes and hiking stuff from them over the year. Until recently when they sent an email on Oct 17th for the month of October with a promo which has no expiration date anywhere in the email. I try to purchase the pair of shoes the promo markets on Oct 20th and little do you know, the promo is not valid anymore. I reached out to customer service, the agree the email sent had no expiration date and neither did the promo and a supervisor will look into ti. Sure enough, I get a BS email from Tom saying that well a 2nd email was sent (NOT) and also that he decided to deactivate my Pro account for no reason at all, account which would have not expired until the end of the year. Hello?! Is this really how your customer service works and how you own your own mistakes?!!
