The service was great. I feel bad that they have to represent such a poor product-- cheap, knock off, faux boots for the price of the real thing. The first pair I bought had the heel detach from the body of the shoe (cheap adhesive, not stitched). Luckily the employee stretched the rules to make it easier for me to get a new pair. Now 6 months later the same thing has happened. Had I bought them without discount, they'd have been $170 boots. $170 for 6 months of use. Do yourself a favor and get shoes that are made the proper way if you're going to pay that much for them.

I am disgusted at the store that actually packed and sent me these worn out shoes - OH but thanks for replacing the heel caps............... like that would make all the dirt and scuff disappear. I really feel like Aldo tried to get away with selling me their garbage - to just hope I didn't complain and took them like nothing was wrong. What a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love Aldo shoes - I recently ordered 3 pairs online - received 2 of the 3 pairs and both were worn!! Both shoes had scuffs and the bottoms were black. So I called customer service - they had me pay AGAIN for the shoes, said they would sent me a return label - the next day, it still did not arrive. I called back, again, they finally sent me the return label, because I do not get a refund until they received the WORN OLD shoes they sent me. So now, I am out twice the money and it will take apparently two weeks to receive the replacement shoes - Lord only knows when I will get the money refunded.
The product is ok but where is employee dress code professionalism??? Please keep your personal styles out of the work space. Be yourself outside of your work place.
Thw people working were well dressed and mannered, the service was quick and easy, and overall I really enjoyed my experience there!
