They do have a good selection of shoes for people like myself who have special needs when it comes to footwear. However, when I last went to make a purchase, I found that the particular product they had been recommending for me by phone - for weeks - was misrepresented, and I had to go elsewhere. They literally ignored what I had told them about medical issues I needed footwear to address. But I'm sure their store helps a lot of people.

The customer service at this store is terrible and I will never go back because of it. I picked Footwise because it seems like a local company (all the stores listed on their website are in Oregon) and I like supporting local businesses. I was planning on purchasing my first pair of Birkenstocks for for work (I'm a nurse) and had some questions about how they should fit, I asked about the "soft footbed" that is described online, but I guess I was just bothering the sales woman, because all I got was attitude from her. All of her answers were one or two words and given with a tone that I was wasting her time. I could have so easily walked out of the store and the sale could have been lost, but liked the shoes. Those of us who work in healthcare want quality, comfortable shoes that we can wear our whole shift, which this store carries, but I would never recommend this store. In fact, I have made it a point of telling my coworkers and friends to NOT go here for shoes because of the terrible service.
