Not worth it. They seemed to charge me more than the $2.60/mile rate (which is stated on their site). I was never offered a 15% discount from PDX to outside downtown, which is also stated on their site. The driver had no photo I.D. visible or displayed. I found out they "lease" their vehicles to one another, so the owner of the vehicle might not be the driver. Wonder how that works out with insurance? Very odd
Saw cab 146 throwing a cigarette into dry bushes at the airport from his cab. Guy was driving erratic and cutting in and out of lanes. I guess this company doesn't give a hoot about their image. Then they wonder why online crowd sourcing is so big.
Took Cab # 168 at PDX, once we got out of the airport I noticed the meter was already at $7.50 and I asked the driver what kind of rate I was getting, ( I am used to the standard ~$32 PDX> Downtown rate) and he said "Standard rate". I was tired and did not think much of it. Once we got on to Burnside from 405 the meter already had $45 on it! I mentioned to the driver that I had never paid over $35, he gave me some BS excuse that he has insurance... ALL THE TAXI AND RIDE SHARE SERVICES HAVE TO HAVE INSURANCE!. Mind you it is 11:40pm and i just need to get home. In the end for a 14 mile ride from PDX to Downtown I was charged $49.
DO NOT RIDE WITH THEM, They are a SCAM! website shows $32 standard rate from PDX to downtown, was charged $48.
Do not use. Driver very rude. Complained because we were not going far enough. Complained the entire way there and when we arrived. Told me I wasted his time. Will never use this company again. Also over charged. Beware.

Booked a cab for a ride to the airport for a 4:30 am pick up the next day from the Hilton Downtown. I was told "don't worry we'll be there"; they left us stranded.
DO NOT USE UNION CAB!
This company will allow their drivers to scam customers and do not hold up to their published rates. Lesson learned, charge your phone to make sure you can get an Uber or Lyft.
I called several times and no one answered. Ended up taking a different cab company that showed up. Our party almost missed our flight.
