A great place to use up some energy. I went there as a 23 year old man and it was definitely more for kids. But the employees were still nice. And we got there early so we were able to use up one who area do flips without running any kids down.
Great service, clean. I wish I could remember the name of the associate, who told me about a special day they had. She explained the special day with such positivity and happiness we will be returning. There is a special day they have for children with special needs. They turn the music down, if I'm not mistaken the lights go down as well. We're so excited to plan our family trip!!!!!!
There was also an older girl who got hurt so bad they had to close down that section while the paramedics came in to take her to the hospital. Just be careful and try to keep the little kids separate from the bigger ones.
Great place for kids to burn off some energy and get away from the phone/tablets.
They said there was going to be paper plates, napkins, cups and water with the table I rented, there was none. We asked for water from 3 different people, and then had to track them down to get water!
It was fun but the girls behind the counter had no energy and a "I don't care attitude." To match. We still had fun though.
We had to reschedule our party an hour later because they had a scheduling conflict on their end. I agreed to the change and they said there would be a free t-shirt for the birthday kid, no t-shirt. Young staff, no one seemed to be in charge.
