The people in the office are nice, friendly, and helpful. The guy who inspects your car down in the parking garage is unprofessional, he clearly hates his job. He also has a tendency to be unfriendly to males and the opposite with attractive females. They should find a new vehicle inspector, I wouldn't let a female alone with him down in the garage alone.
A driver for Uber. A great place. Had a issue and the manager resolved the situation with kindness and understanding. I would recommend Uber for a ride and employment.
When I submitted my drivers license and since it was renewed less than a year ago I was told I had to show at least 3 years driving experience and that I have to fill out a form and send to the state for a copy of my records. Fact is, unserneath the date my license was renewed there is another date. Record Created. In my case 1992. I would think that would be ample proof I meet their requirements. So now I wait.
Very under staffed.... communication is non existent. Front desk people are great, tho!
Unbelievable customer service. I bought a gift card for Uber which we added to our account and then when we were ready to use it to get home from the airport, the card was missing from our account forcing to pay out of pocket. I have reached out to Uber (via email because they have no phone support) and after multiple very sluggish replies, some automated and all from different people, I have reached no conclusion. The gift card account is still missing and since a gift card can only be applied to one account, it looks like I will never be able to use it. I have never felt so undervalued or unheard as a customer with any company ever. Very very frustrated! It should honestly be illegal to have this crappy of customer service.
