An employee entered incorrect information on the forms for my D.O.T. physical. When I asked them to correct the information one employee after another would try for a while, then admit they didn't know how before passing it off to another employee and asking me to WAIT just a little longer. I had to have my employer call and rattle some cages before I was able to get a corrected copy several days later. I had to explain everything to a rude, obese employee (Givonny - not sure of the spelling after the first five letters because her lapel covered her name tag) who was full of ATTITUDE and claimed there was nothing wrong with the form! Avoid this place if you can.
Personnel were very friendly and caring throughout the exam. But there was a lot of waiting. I waited about 30 minutes after my appointment time to start, and another 20 minutes for the physician, and then another 20 plus minutes to get checked out. It might have been longer, but I finally went to find someone to get my paperwork finished.
I had a very pleasurable experience the staff was friendly and prompt. I couldn't believe it when I saw the free coffee and tea station as well as had one of the staff passing out snacks and drinks in the waiting room. It was refreshing to see such good customer service.
I was there for quite a few hours, but it might have been because of all the requests my job was asking for. They moved quick and explained everything to me thoroughly. The staff was pleasant and very nice to me! I had a good experience.
Be prepared to WAIT - even if you have an appointment. Be prepared to wait even longer if you don't speak spanish. Spanish speakers were moved to the front of the line.
I have been to concentra 4 times in the past 8 years and every time my experience gets worse. Their attitude is horrific. They have no empathy for for how the environment is affecting you. Their organizational skills are lacking. Of course they don't care, most of the people going there aren't the one's flipping the bill.
