My experience at CH Physical Therapy was beyond excellent! I had been struggling with significant shoulder pain for months, but due to my stubborn nature, I let myself live with pain until I just couldn't ignore it any longer. I was able to get an evaluation right away, start my regular sessions within a week and schedule out five appointments at a time. The staff is professional, friendly and efficient. CH Physical Therapy operates flexible hours so I did not have to take any time off of work. The best part is that you are an active participant in your recovery-they give you the necessary tools to use outside of the clinic and you may continue to use on your own for as long as you want. I received education about what ailed me and the proper course of action-I never felt out of the loop. I felt empowered. Best of all, my shoulder pain is gone and the staff checks in with me to make sure all is well.

Physical therapy is painful, almost by definition, yet Trish and the staff at c.h. made my recovery from a planar fascia tear almost enjoyable. Scheduling was pleasant, the facilities are well-equipped, and Trish's bedside manner is always entertaining and positive. All-around good experience. Thanks, Trish!
