The staff has always been great to me personally, and my family.
They have decent beer. Wish they had cocktails tho, of course.
Deducted a point because of the terrible parking lot security even tho this is one of the worst parking lots in Portland Metro to park in.
It's next to Lloyd Center too, literally.
Only thing to make movie experience better would be recliner seating!
Went here to see a movie (go figure). The teller gave me the wrong ticket and charged me for iMax when I did not ask for this. That's $6.50 extra per ticket. I went back to correct this mistake, and was given a refund in a timely manner. No complaints.
Right now, you're going to get the best IMAX experience here, at least on screen #2. The bulb is new, the screen is nearly flawless.
Though, they might have actually increased security to be honest, if they have and I find out, I will of course do the star back.

They don't answer their phone. Ive seen movies there before. Facilities are clean, spacious. No issues with that.
Sometimes, you'll get kids from Benson, of riff raff (the kind of people not the rapper) who will ruin your movie experience but regal will credit your account/rewards, if that happens, and will have the staff shame the culprits, along with the viewers.
Most amazingly, unique theater I've ever been too!
Spent $19.50 for a matinee and while the theatre was clean and the picture good, there was an unruly guest whom talked and sometimes yelled through the entire film. At the end i came to a manager named Elizabeth and told her about the individual and she said, "I just got here " and walked away from me. Another worker said that he had seen him and that he was gone now. Very disappointed in the management.
