Clean and well maintained.
Well, it was quiet and empty. Which was perfect. We arrived it appeared to be a tad run down but oh well no biggie.. we aren't in the best part of town....machines are expensive I get it... then i began to wash.. washing machine didn't work correctly i had to rewash my loads twice.. (we use gain beads.. gain beads and soap pods were still visible on my "washed" clothing..) no body on site to assist jus a simple "out of order" pamphlet to fill out an leave ON THE MACHINE for a refund. I don't know about u but leaving my address name and number for everyone to see isn't acceptable for me.. too many creeps around 2 steal personal info..even if i wanted to leave my info there was no pen to write with. .highly disappointed. Will not be returning....
The guy who works there (the one with a white beard who rides the bike) is extremely rude to me and tried pushing me away more than once. I arrived here at 7:45 and he kept saying to go to other laundry mats and that I wouldn't have time to wash and dry my clothes in an hour (which I did before the hour was even complete) If he doesn't wanna do his job then I don't know why he is working there. I would be so angry if I was the owner putting money in someone else's pocket to show good customer service and they were just pushing customers away. Disgusted. Other than the mean old man who wouldn't stop hovering over my shoulder, this laundry mat had nice washers and was lightly air conditioned.
Quiet and quite easy to get in and out of.
Felt safe, but it was quite warm with all the dryers running.
