I was pretty much conned by Dream City Auto into accepting a loan from this place, and it has been kind of a disaster. Made my payments on time for a year. The last few months have been a couple of weeks behind. They harass to the point of looking into legal action. I've caught them in frequent lies about actions they can take. They call family members that have nothing to do with the loan if it's even a day late. Probably the most unprofessional organization I've ever seen. Not to mention, after 18 months of payments my loan is higher than when I started.
Worse loan company ever, do not get into business with these crooks! We bought a car for $8999 paid a $2500 down payment to the car lot and financed the remaining 6499 through Equitable in Redmond. We had the car and made payments of $325 for over a year and still owed $7500 we quit making payments because what was the point. They took the car back and took us to court, we now owe $10783 after having already paid over $6000. So total this is costing us $16783 for a car that we didn't even get to keep.
I financed through this company last year in 2016. I wanted to finance through them again this year because I thought at the time that they were a good company. But I found out through my insurance company that they had said some very derogatory things about me. I am a customer that either paid on time or within the 10 day grace period. So I do not recommend equitable finance to anyone because they are snakes.
Thanks for helping me when I need to make adjustments when paydays and bills are weird sometimes!! Huge help and I will definitely continue using them. They are always very polite and easy to work with as well!!!
I have been using this company for over a year now. They have always worked very very well with me regarding payments, if I need to adjust the days to line up with other bills, AS LONG AS it's within a 10 day period, they gladly help me out with no late fees. (I regularly pay on time and have good history with them). They have automatic payments which is great, but they also let you turn it off in case you may overdraft or something.
These people have been the most demanding, condescending, vicious, sneaky, underhanded liars I have ever had to try to work with. Anybody who has had the extreme misfortune of being lead to this company and been treated unfairly, abused verbally, or had bait and switches pulled on them, then please look me up on Facebook. I am beyond ready to start a class action lawsuits against Equitable Finance to right the egregious behaviors they have bestowed on us. Please have documentation together to show these heinous acts.
