I signed up with Sole Pay as a direct deposit account for my first official job , ever since then I can say that it has provided me with helpful services and safety. My deposits deliver in time and never delay. I can purchase online and almost any store, also withdrawing money from an ATM without a problem as well as receiving any desired cash back. My card locked once because my PIN reached a limit of attempts which I appreciated due to the fact of the financial protection. I made a call and it was a simple helpful process that took less than 10 minutes to fix. Overall I'd give Sole a 9.5 out of 10 rating. My only one suggestion would be the ability to put deposit some loose cash into the card other than that. Not a bad place to keep money savings safe. Thank You!
SOLE Financial is by far the best company and bank I have dealt with and ever had. Customer service is very helpful and hey even call me every few months to make sure that I still like having my card. I get 2 direct deposits into this account from 2 different jobs and it's never a hassle! I would recommend this card to anyone and everyone! There's also. I hidden fees, which I really love! Definitely 5 stars for SOLE!
I've had no problems with my Sole Paycard. It's an easy way to get paid without having a bank account and they have great customer service. This is an excellent choice for a parent to give their child a debit card and not worry about them spending money they don't have. This card is also good for if you have two jobs easy direct deposit info directly in the app. Fantastic company and great pay card.
I'm fairly new, but so far, I'm very pleased with Sole pay's card and service. I love the fact that you have an app at your fingertips to check your balance. The only thing I'd suggest is that offering incentives to customers would earn and keep more members. For example, loading at least $500 a month might earn you a one-time bonus of $10 or something to that effect. As I said, I'm fairly new so this might be an option already. But, overall, I give them 4 stars. It may be 5 pretty soon. We shall see.
SOLE Financial has been very helpful and satisfying. I have not had any problems with them. And, also SOLE Financial customer service has been very delighting. The customer service worker I dealt with has given me the up most respect and made sure I was her satisfied with there assistants. I live no where near SOLE Bank. But, I am sure the assistance inside the bank would be just as amazing as it is over the phone and one day I hope to visit to even find out more amazing things about my bank SOLE Financial. I am a very much so proud member.
