Horrible customer service, office managers and billing department. Went twice and they incorrectly spelled my name twice (even though it's on my id and insurance card), sent me a bill for an amount several hundred dollars different than they quoted me, sent the bill to collections before it was due, never returned several calls, and couldn't actually itemize what I was actually being charged for. To keep the complaints in this review regarding the medical service to a minimum, I will simply say the first time I was covered in water as the tools were leaking all over me which they didn't know how to fix, so they offered a towel. I told them I didn't think water boarding their patients was good business practice. And the second visit one of the dental assistants yelled at a second dental assistant for the floor being flooded and being a tripping hazard. I would never go back under any circumstance. Too many other good, safe options in the area. This place should quietly and quickly go out of business. I implore you to go elsewhere.

I would rate this office higher if my encounter was solely with the dentist, Dr. Morales. He is extremely talented and well-versed in Neuromuscular Dentistry, a skill set of dentistry that seems to be hard to find amongst General Dentist. It was for this skill that I sought out the office. Unfortunately, the office manager, a young and clearly inexperienced man, made my experience absolutely horrible. First, after I said that I would not do the test their front desk clerk (not the dentist) and the manager said I had to do, the manager became condescending and belligerent towards me. I told him that he needed to adjust his behavior and that as a physician, I was well aware of what my rights were as a patient. That didn't change his behavior. He only got ruder. Thankfully Dr. Morales's care was AWESOME, but I have had enough experience to know that your office staff can make or break your business. After that experience, I never recommended Grant Park Dentistry to any of my own Pediatric patients, because I didn't want them to suffer the same treatment as I had to endure. I never went back after my treatment was completed with Dr. Morales. I wouldn't recommend other POC going to this place either.

Then one of my OTHER roommates needed a crown, and she had nothing but glowing reviews as well.

It started with one of my roommates needing some work done. He gave Grant Park a shot because they're really close to our house, and he came home singing their praises.

"They're so friendly! It was so fast!"

I think this place is probably great if you don't have insurance, unfortunately we did have dental insurance and when Grant Park Dentistry found out they preformed over $2,500 of treatment on my husband who is not a US native. Insurance then rejected covering much the treatment they told him he needed and we are facing a crippling bill of over $1,000. I believe we were intentionally scammed by this Dentist who were trying to suck every penny from the insurance company and from us.

Then his insurance rejected his claim and told him that they wouldn't cover his procedures several weeks after the fact. He called Grant Park and they told him they were already contesting the rejection and they ended up fighting it through to the end and getting his insurance to accept it. Wow!! They are incredibly proactive!

I just got a cap replaced at Grant Park Dentistry. The place is top notch, state of the art and completely digital. Get this, they have a machine to make your cap on site. No more waiting two weeks! They measure your tooth, design the cap and mill it right there! I was really impressed with this. Beyond that the staff is excellent. Very friendly, very transparent with what you will pay. I really have no idea if the pricing is competitive because I'm not about to go to another dental office to try to save 10%, but they were definitely not out of line of what I expected and they worked with my insurance seamlessly. I look forward to going to them for my dental needs for years to come.

I hadn't been to a dentist in a shamefully long time and this was enough to convince me. I got their new-patient special: an exam, x-rays, and a cleaning for $59. Then I let them remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth. It was painless, recovery was smooth, and every time I've gone in I am astounded by how kind they are. The receptionist is very sweet, the hygienists and assistants are cheerful, and everyone seems happy to be working there. I can't recommend them enough!
