Edit

a bunch of people including me went to complain , and we were left with nothing .. no refund, no time extension, no free games, Nothing besides... an explanation that corporate said so.

Wow! Really?

So besides that.. before i started bowling i went and ordered nachos, and asked what time the snack bar closed in case i wanted to order more.. he said the snack bar closed at 11.... After my first game ... still no nachos... I went to ask and they said they the guy who took my order had to go to the hospital because he got some Chemical on his hands... What is that they have some chemical in the kitchen that can send someone to the hospital? I hope this is not coming into contact with my food!! And by the way... they were out of chips ... so no nachos! and they didn't bother to come tell me, i had to go ask where they were at! O and there was an announcement at about 10:15 saying last call for food and drinks!

This place is So horrible!!

OK, well, we were going to spend all night there, but after that revelation and Laura's amazing attitude, we just left instead. But first we get charged for extra games, that Laura admitted we got over charged. Laura's response; "Well it looks like you were over charged, but there's no manager here, so what do you want me to do" - shrugs her shoulders and rolls her eyes!

Well if corporate is so right on the clock with that, then why did they not have anyone take down the signs? Even the shift manager and employees didnt know until an hour into our bowling!!

It's closed... There is a new alley here now.

Dear Laura, if you don't want to work, quit, we don't want you there. You are the worst thing about this place.

I will not come back here, simply because of her terrible attitude and horrendous customer service.

This place is just horrible, They cheat you out of time, and the staff is very rude and have no customer service skills!!

Btw, I grew up going to this bowling alley a few times a week, and this place used to be pretty cool... But not anymore... I would advise anyone to find a different place!!

So I called this place at 11:45 am...and ask when the bowling times for kids are...simple question right? The answer I get is," Well, we're not open until 12 pm and so you'll have to call back then..." What in the world??? Seriously...if you don't want to answer questions...don't pick up the phone dummy!!!

I went here last night with a group of 6, and they all of a sudden had "no one old enough to pour beer" -- During Happy Hour! That's not a very smart business tactic. There was a girl named Laura there, she looked way over 21, but she didn't feel like doing it.

OK, I have come here several times, and Laura has been there every time with her amazing personality, winning smile, and stellar attitude, PS, this is sarcasm.

When she is gone, I, and many others will return again.

The staff is terrible. Specifically Laura.

About an hour into it, the shift manager at the time comes on the loud speaker and says, Starting today we are on summer hours and will be closing at 11pm. WHAT!!!!

Tonight... 4/28/2013 we went there for the 9-midnight $10 all you can bowl... Sounds great huh? This deal was on the sign in the parking lot, lit up! and right when you walk into the place big sign right in front of you with the deal on it, and all over the bowling alley!!

Definitely agree with the terrible service. Made plans to meet at 7 for lanes at 8 for an advertised Tuesday special that started at 8 that we were told over the phone was first-come-first-serve and was told that leagues had all lanes until 8. When I asked why the advertisement stated 8, he pointed to fine print on the poster that referred to terms and conditions that weren't printed. One of which is 'lane availability'. If you know that you have it full with leagues that night, why advertise? I could go on about the rude service too, but this is all the time I have because we've got to find a bowling alley that doesn't suck.

Last time i went there, they turned off our lanes 15 min early and did not turn them back on..
