What a huge selection! I brought some books here to sell and was pleasantly surprised at the fair price given and was happy to donate the books that he already had or didn't think he had demand for. You're bound to find some treasures in this book filled haven!
Smack dab amazing! I knew I had a few minutes to kill before I picked up dinner at the nearby food truck, so finding this gem was truly a treasure. With just a few minutes to spare, which led to ten, that easily could have been 30 or more, I found myself with two books for less than a buck! I was enthralled by the shabby shelves, yet structure and eagerness to help from the staff. The customer interaction was neat too. Chatted it up with an older man about a book he negotiated the price on. The owner seemed to be just a phone call away, and easy to reach. Over all this was an authentic bookstore. Not fussy or fancy. Dusty and old. Full of gems just waiting to be skimmed over!
What a fabulous little book store. The staff knows so much about literature, and the selection here is really fantastically curated. I always walk in with the intention of just browsing, and walk out with an armful of books. Go here.
Floor to ceiling stacks of used books plus magazines and some DVDs. I love the feel and smell, like an old library. Worth popping into, even just for a few minutes, but do the world a favor and buy a book or two.
Good used bookstore. Cameron, or at least I assume it's Cameron, was friendly and quick to offer assistance. I could probably spend more money in a place like this than I could somewhere like Powell's.
