I always have fun here! I start with the bargain aisles downstairs and end with the clearance upstairs. Between I end up laughing, smiling, & usually with a birthday or 2 taken care of in advance. I recommend starting & ending the mall here.
Not sure what's up with your baristas? They made one drink wrong and another "hot drink" not even close to hot, barely warm....I took the one drink back to have them re make it and she rolled her eyes and asked for my receipt, I smiled and said I didn't get one and was literally here 30 seconds ago....her overweight co worker made some comments about it, and the maroon head rolled her eyes again, sighed, slammed my old drink on the counter and made another...wow. super professional. I guess I'll take my business to the actual starbucks around the corner. Unacceptable.

Going to B&N is like entering book lovers heaven. Best way to spend a few hours of a day
Comfortable place to go. Helpful employees. Can just sit and read.
Be sure to find the manager David - he's amazing.
