Got me in extremely last minute for a massage. Staff was great. Logan made me feel like a content child at the end and was extremely generous.
I will absolutely be going back to Bryn and this Hands and Stone location.
Wouldn't have given any stars but it's nice environment and the workers are nice. Went here a couple times and even signed up for a membership left both times with horrible infections even with out them touching my neck and face. I don't believe they are very clean with towels etc. And they wouldn't let me out of my membership without me arguing with them eventually had to go to the owner over it. Beware!
Super uncomfortable during my whole massage. Lights on, music so low I could hear my therapist heavily breathing the whole time. I was so grossed out by how much oil was used. I have had many massages and never have I had to go use a wet and dry towel to wipe the oil off before putting my clothes back on. I work at a chiropractic office and mentioned it by a mistake, the lady inquired for a job in the middle of my massage! So unprofessional! Definitely won't be back to a Hand & Stone.
I just had my first experience at Hand and Stone this past weekend. From scheduling to my massage to the checkout transaction, I was oh-so-impressed with the staff. Rae was so helpful in getting my last-minute appointment scheduled (and the peach tea she made me was wonderful!). Bryn, my massage therapist, listened to my requests and focused on the areas I asked him to. I sometimes struggle to turn my brain off during massages, but Bryn had me so relaxed that I caught myself thinking about coffee, of all things, at one point!
I’ve had two 80 minutes massages and have been pleased. Staff is great The environment is very serene.
