The location can be a little "interesting" after nightfall, but once inside, you'll have a great experience. Good food, robust menu, decent drink options. Lots of TV's for sports fans.
As for the pricing, it's downtown in a prime location. The rent is probably 4x whatever a strip mall location charges. In other words, if you're looking for a $2 beer, stay in the suburbs and risk a DUI getting there. One other thing about the location is I've met more interesting people and seen some interesting going's-on at this urban spot that you'll ever find at a BW3. (Being next door to the Benson may have something to do with that)
I love this place. It's staffed with folks that enjoy sports and are all too happy to put whatever game is available up on a nearby screen, and unlike many "sports bars' the staff actually knows how to work the television system.
Lots of tv's and games on, can be standing room only on weekends. Food is ok, typical pub fare. Good selection of beers and excellent service.
