The service is too bad to believe . Simply workers are totally ignoring you
Oh side note. The "soap" they put out to blow bubbles does not work. You can't even blow a normal bubble with it. Trying it with smoke was a joke.
I came with my friend to Al Narah hookah lounge to smoke and chill. The service was amazing. Employees helped us on high level. Everything was on time. Atmosphere there is very good. Place is clean and always has good music. I would highly recommend this place to smoke hookah with friends!
The hookah took f...o...r...e...v...e...r to come out. Literally we were waiting at the counter to ask for our money back when it finally came out. The music is UNBEARABLY loud! i would say a majority of the people in there were friends of the staff. The very young and un attentive staff was far more concerned with the friends than thier job. (or the staff could be found standing outside, most likely to be somewhere they didn't feel assaulted by the music). And there is a door fee $$ as well as a drink minimum.... (What kind of sense does that make. We're here to smoke so obviously we're going to spend money)
Staff is super chill. Good atmosphere. All around good place to relax with friends
Best hookah Lounge! Great customer service treated me really nice i would like to mention Mina's customer service was better than any other lounge i've been too and the guy in the back brought out my hookah and waited till i smoked to make sure the hookah was perfect and they both checked up on me with coals. THE BEST HOOKAH LOUNGE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
