Just an FYI, many five star reviews are from current or past 'volunteers'. Rules change weekly, probably because they are operating in a grey business (see SB 2190), along with staff. The day to day operations are managed by people who should not be doing it (they could never work at a real decent business with their poor attitudes: Shannon, Alex, Lolo to name a few). They only have the same small number of players every day because they willingly toss out anyone who dares question their massive authority. Not a fun atmosphere to be in. They want players to sit there and not say anything, or very little. This is merely my opinion based on experience. If you don't believe me, that's fine, feel free to see if I'm wrong.
