Good location for airport, very helpful front desk.
Young lady at check in counter needs some customer service training. She was curt both times I had interactions with her. Other than that. Very nice hotel. But it's all in the customer service kick off.
Modern well appointed room. Very clean.Paper thin walls though, you will hear your neighbours every move.
Very nice hotel. Clean rooms and helpful staff. No airport noise. Deducted one star because the drapes don't close all the way but nothing to complain about. Definitely would stay here again.
We stay at this location at least once a year since it's right by the airport. There's an outdoor pool and a restaurant (we've never eaten there). Shopping and a lot of restaurants are about a mile away. Even though the airport is right next to it, we don't hear the noise from the planes while inside. Staff is always nice. Rooms are decent and comfortable for a night or two. Always look clean. Love the brand of soaps that they provide, instead of the normal hotel brands. Loved that provided cream and sugar for my morning coffee. Next time I'll remember to ask for a few more though. (2 is not enough for me).
Very nice staff, clean, comfy room. Reliable shuttle service to and from airport, even at odd hours. Arrived late at night for a quick layover and had to eat in the Sky Jockey Sports Lounge because the restaurant was closed. Friendly waitress made two hot and exhausted travelers super yummy classic ice cream sundaes with fresh strawberries. It was just what we needed.
