I Love Outback! We Love Eating Inside But I Usually Call In My Order.. 95% Of The Time (It's Been About 4-5yrs) I End Up Getting The Same Waitress.. I Must Say, She Is The Best Waitress I Have Ever Had! Her Personality, Great Attitude, & Her Above & Beyond Service! Her Name.. Luz! I'll Never Forget Because It's A Rare Name But The Same As My Mom! Best Service & Food!
I had an AMAZING experience tonight getting an order to go. Everyone who I came in contact with was beyond kind.The man who helped me place my order was so nice and patient with me when deciding what I wanted to get over the phone. I showed up to grab my food, and was greeted by the hostess who was also sweet and asked me about my day. Someone else who was working there passed by and also asked me about my day. The whole place had a very welcoming feeling. The food was exactly what I wanted after working a long shift, Everyone was so kind and made my whole night, thank you guys!!!! :)
I was just here with my parents in law and husband. We had a fantastic experience with Brad S. He was so patient and treated my dad with such respect for Veteran's Day. He was also very attentive with service and we were well taken care of throughout the evening. Love this restaurant and the incredible service! Keep up the great work!
Went for the walkabout Wednesday tonight. Add says $9.99 choose one of these classic Outback entrees, served with Aussie Fries and a small domestic draft beer or ice-cold Coca-Cola product. I chose steak, the waiter says actually the add says $9.99 but it's actually $11.99 I say but that's not what this says show he the add but then informs me well it says somewhere that it's $11.99 so that's what I have to charge you. I say ok well what beer can I get with it... She it doesn't come with beer because in Oregon you can't give away beer. I was so confused but I just got up and left. So I will not be coming back anytime soon what a terrible experience!! But Panda express was very good same parking lot.
My 91 year old friend and I were allowed to come inside when we arrived 10 minutes before opening time. This was nice because it was cold and windy outside. The wait staff was helpful, and the food was delicious.
