Such an awesome and friendly staff here along with fantastic food. The beach shack is my go-to for a quick lunch.

Our family loves coming here, don't get me wrong , the food is really great, but the service and atmosphere make it a favorite. The kids get a toy from the treasure box and a trip to the ice cream shop with the servers, who have the best customer service skills. I highly recommend this restaurant for a fun, casual, delicious meal with the family.
Elijah is awesome. I was visiting Portland and stopped here for a quick bite. I ordered an entree from the gluten free menu. Elijah promptly came out and inquired if my choice was due to an allergy. I said it was, I have Celiac Disease, and he informed me that due to the preparation, they couldn't be positive that cross contamination wouldn't occur. He recommended I order something else to be safe. He went over the menu with me and I ended up choosing a chicken stir fry with Thai sweet chili sauce. It was delicious! I was so grateful that he took the time to meet with me to ensure that my health was not compromised. That is not commonplace. Hats off to Beaches for caring about their customers and Elijah, I truly appreciate your concern and advice. Management, you have a keeper there! :)
The place is practically empty and i have been done with meal for about 10 minutes trying to get check. I have a plane to catch. And i found a pea in my yogurt parfait.... Don't know if that's normal but its never been the case before.
