This is an amazing veterinary hospital. I have been taking my two cats here to see Dr. Lisa Berger for the past 9 years ever since I moved to Portland. I have moved to multiple parts of Portland over the years and always continued to take my cats to this clinic, even when I lived within walking distance of two other veterinary clinics. One of my cats has high medical complexity and Dr. Berger has always provided top notch, compassionate care. The staff is kind, friendly, compassionate, and polite. I cannot recommend this clinic more highly. They are the best.
Some of the best customer service and care my pet & I have ever received. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Docs & techs are always great with explaining my cat's health status, and discussing needs as she grows older. Would recommend to anyone.
Been going there for several years. Seen 2 doctors and they both seem competent and caring. Very easy to schedule appointments even on a short notice. The rest of the staff seems nice too. I feel their prices are reasonable and they don't push unnecessary procedures. The office looks clean and organized.
I called on a Saturday and they were able to see my cat same day. He got excellent care and follow-up too. They know us and treat us like valued customers. The complimentary beverages and clean atmosphere are always appreciated.
