To long of a waiting list to get in. Girl on the phone could care less of your needs. Newly moved here and had a sick dog. Could not get us in for weeks. They should have availability for new patients or close the practice to new patients. Glad I did not go, instead I found a better place that saw us that day...Go to Best Friends, Dr. Walker, she's the best.
We have been using the Hillsdale Animal Hospital for six years now. We find the staff to be knowledgeable, concerned,helpful and caring. They treat our dog as if she was their own personal pet! My dog actually LIKES to go to the vet! She is treated there as the princess she is! We appreciate the care and attention she receives as well as the choice of alternative approaches to her care. The entire staff functions as a supportive team.
Not kind or understanding and they seem to allow a vet tech to make many decisions. Get ready for an ear beating from the vet tech if you have a question and don't understand what she's trying to explain to you or heaven forbid you disagree with her opinion.
To know if the tick bite was looked at and if it is anything to be worried about. Other then that everything was done and caught up with my 2 dogs while they stayed there Friday-Today.
Love this place! Been taking my cat and dog there for several years now and have always had a great experience. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly and they always take good care of my kids. If you are looking for a new vet I would highly recommend them.
