You get a business card from one of their estimators, and it has the same generic office phone number and a generic email address.
I recently hired Tom Leach Roofing to replace the roof on my 1930's Laurelhurst home. It was a difficult job, with three layers of roofing that needed to be removed, several skylights and lots of flashing work; a full five day job. The Tom Leach crew did an amazing job, and left the property spotless after they completed their work each day. These guys are first-class. I've worked with several local contractors over the past twenty years restoring my old home, and none have been more professional, or easier to work with. Thanks Aaron!
Worst customer service of any local company I've dealt with in the last 10 years. Don't follow through on calling back or sending emails. Not great at answering the phone (answered 2 of 8 calls during business hours over the course of three weeks).
After five total weeks of trying to work with them, we finally get a bid. We ask one question, and despite being respectful and trying to be patient after not receiving multiple emails that they were supposed to send, the estimator backed out on the job.
Do not use their services, stay away from this business.
Unprofessional, trying to raise the price after agreed quote, delayed work for months, starting to work before my approval.
Had to have an ounce of trust with a company that operates like this. Proceed at your own risk. Would like to have all that wasted time back, but I guess it's best that we learned in advance that they are incompatible of even basic communication and ended up hiring them.
We recently hired Tom Leach Roofing to put a new roof on our company's shed. They did a fantastic job. They completed the job on time and at the agreed upon price. The two roofers that showed up were professional and I barely even knew they were there. The jobsite was left immaculate. Now the shed roof even matches the other roof and looks much better.
