I wanted to send you a note to let you know how please I was with the work Trish and Dirk did in the sale of my Step Dad's property on Reed Drive. They both did an outstanding job the archived a quick sale at a reasonable price given the current market in PDX.
I am writing to place a warning for potential customers since we had a horrendous experience working with the agents of this real estate company. Beware of the part time and inexperienced agents from this firm. They can cost you time, money and opportunity. Our list of problems was endless including misleading us on occasion and delays due to incompetence. for a reputed market leader, the agents here were surprisingly bad.

I have to say I've been singularly unimpressed with the professional services from lawyers, accountants, commercial real estate brokers etc. in Portland-perhaps I've spent too much time in the Bay Area.... But your team was the stand out exception in a very positive way! They were responsive, detailed orientated- Trish in particular, and they followed through on meeting every commitment.
If you are trying to buy or sell a home on the west side of Portland, this is the absolute class act. We listed our home with another ( very competent ) agent for 6 months with little action. Once we switched over to Lee, our home sold within 2 weeks. Yes, there are many variables that could account for the result, but I must say that Lee starts you off with every advantage and a leg up in this very tough market. Even more impressive is his team's ability to take care of all the details throughout the process that you just do not have time to do on your own. Getting bids for repairs, remodeling, all at a great price point. He is at your side from the very beginning to the very end of the transaction and makes it clear that you are a valued customer, not a commodity. These are good people.
