Gateway Transit Center is the main transit center in the East metro area. (All but the Yellow/Orange Line max go through here.That line runs Yellow from N PDX on Interstate Ave to downtown, then switches to Orange from downtown to Milwaukee and vice-versa)~ Green to Clackamas, Blue to Gresham and Red to the Airport. Plus any of these lines will get you to downtown w/in 15 to 20 min. (and vice-versa. Any line except Yellow will get you to Gateway.)

Ummm, it's a transit center. Why am I reviewing this....?
(The reason for only 4 stars is that they have a very, very limited amount of seating and shelter from the elements when waiting for the buses. It can sometimes be a 40 min wait, and what they have available is definitely not adequate.)
Except for the crackhead smoking while I walked by it wasn't bad...
