Horrible customer service!!! One of the bar tenders blew me off when I wanted to order a drink. When my husband tried to talk to her she turned around and walked away. I've been coming to this place for over 3 years!!! And I've never been treated the way I did today !!! I had an extra person in my table and asked her if there were any chairs available because there was a hole bunch of empty chairs on the other dance floor she said no i cant there's no way that they can't be moved and that besides they were all taken when they weren't!!! Then the couple sitting next to me asked her if she could move there table and she got a security to move it!!! Very upsetting I've been a good customer I've always spent a good amount of money in this place and left generous tips for this treatment!!! She has been the worst waitress that's every came across me here and anywhere!!! I wouldn't recommend coming to this place if your a female seems like all males have her attention tho! Very sad I used to love this place. Management needs more bartenders,!!! That aren't prejudice!!!!
This place is a dump. They charge to much for drinks. And customer services sucks. A water for 3$ 30$for.5beers. Don't waist your time.and money. I'll never go there Agine
everytime I've gone I swear they over charged me because Im not Mexican..... 14 dollars for a well shot of potters whiskey. tabs constantly different prices of redicous overpriced bullshit and there's no arguing over the insane loud music and the Mexican gangsters youre surrounded by.... this same arbitrary scam can be seen carried out by the bouncer where certain parties are charged cover fees while others are charged less or non at all.... hope this place gets shut down seen them serving past 230 am plenty of times. I don't know why I keep trying to drink there sometimes it's just all thats open and friends don't believe me until they see for themselves how insanely messed up it is in there
Watch out because the bartenders write down card information and make fraudulent purchases online!! This happened to me last Saturday and to my brother in law a few months ago. I noticed they were taking extra long to give me my receipt to sign. They took advantage of the fact that a member of our party was drunk and thought I wouldn't notice them taking their time charging us all. They write down your information and make online purchases and probably are stupid enough to ship to their own homes. One of them even went as far as paying her own cell phone bill! So please, be careful. I plan to do whatever it takes to make sure those bartenders are fully prosecuted for committing fraud & identity theft!!
Good music. Liked that there was 2 different sides and 2 different kind of music. The only thing is they didn't sell any light beer
