These guys, in a nutshell, are just a big barrel of Awesome!!! I don't think there is anything negative I could possibly say. While this isn't my neighborhood liquor store, I do have some friends that live very close by, so I've found my way into this place numerous times in the past, and just always love how cheerful, kind, and helpful the staff have always been, especially Jo-T., who I believe might be one of the proprietors. She's just a bundle of joy to work with and she exemplifies that very essence of what customer service is supposed to be. This is very much a service industry (with the liquor stores), and with so many options out there, I like to give my business to places where I feel like I am treated right. Would definitely recommend this place in a heartbeat.
This is my FAVORITE liquor store in Portland! The staff and owner are super friendly, and I've enjoyed talking to them every time I go in. They have been super helpful and their recommendations have not let me down. Been going here for at least 5 years plus and they have helped me find exactly what I've looked for many times. I'm a Bourbon fan as well as Rum for my Tiki drinks and they definitely keep my home bar stocked! I'd drive across town to come here, but luckily they are only a couple of blocks away!! -Brian Bloodgood
Amazing customer service!! If you call ahead of time they will put your choice of alcohol in the freezer for you if you want it cold! We are always happy to come here and they make it worth our time!
