Madison and her team turned an otherwise embarassing situation into an overall pleasant experience. They were kind, courteous, and they make a mean cup of coffee. Will absolutely be back to replenish my prevention oil!
My family went there expecting the process to be specialized or more advanced than a home treatment- as they advertise. But all they do is comb your hair AS SLOWLY AS THEY CAN FOR AS LONG AS THEY CAN. They charge by the hour, not by the severity of infestation, the length of hair, or any other factor, so they have no incentive to work quickly. I have extremely short hair and the girl who did my hair worked at a snails pace for 3 hours. I am seriously sickened by their lack of ethics. My advice to parents is to just put on a couple movies and comb for three hours and save the hundreds of dollars these scam artists will charge.
When I first found out I had lice, I was in a panic. I found the Hair Fairies online and decided to give it a try. My hair fairy was Tara and she did an OUTSTANDING JOB! When I walked in the Hair Fairies' door a little embarrased and nervous, Tara made me feel at ease and told me that anyone can get lice and that it is nothing to be embarrased about. When I walked out of the Hair Fairies' door, I was so relieved and happy to be lice free! It took them about 2 1/2 hours to remove all the lice from my hair, a long time yes, but they are th NOT slow- just extremely thorough! Thanks again for great, proffessional service! I highly recommend this place!
They are the best! We couldn't survive without them, especially Madison the manager, who helped my daughter and I through a tough time. Also couldn't do without the other wonderful Madison, thanks for taking care of us, and making us feel better.
Clean, welcoming, calming, and educational! Everything you want in a head lice removal experience. Free wifi and coffee didn't hurt. If I ever find myself in need of headlice removal, I know where I'll be heading!
