Really good quick fast service! Every time I call .... finally decided to do a review . My driver (this time) was a super friendly older veteran. Awesome guy good driving skills. And this car was clean and didn't smell funny. ..(Nothing worse than a uber/lyft that gets used as a kid hauler daily and smells like french fries and toodlers. You don't have to worry about that here these guys are professionals not moms trying to make some extra cash.) Prompt friendly drivers confident operators clean cars I will definitely use and recommend Radio Cab in the future.
I called the night before hoping to reserve a wheelchair cab for my pick up at Union Station for the next day. Call taker said to call when we arrive as the train could be late. But it shouldn't t be much of a wait. I called them when we were 10 mins out and was told it could be 45 to an hour to get a wheelchair cab there. I was not happy. And I let them know that's why I want to reserve one which their website says you can. 3 mins later got a call from a cab driver and said he was there. Nice save! It was my first time using a wheelchair cab and Radio Cab made me happy. Definitely will use them in future. Cab driver was very curteous and friendly. Thanks guys!
Used them for months, twice every week to PDX. They didn't show up for a morning pickup to bring my entire family to the airport. Weren't able to tell us why or when we could expect a cab. Ended up having to drive and missed the flight. Called the "dispatch manager" and left multiple messages trying to resolve the issue. Never got back to me, was treated rudely when I tried other departments.
My car battery died tonight and I was able to be picked up in 7 minutes from my call. The cab driver called to let me know ETA. He was great to work with and was super helpful. It was an excellent first impression and first cab ride ever!! THANK YOU. By the way....they do jump starts!!
Love Radio Cab lived here 7 years would never call anyone else
$160 bucks a week and this is how we get treated as customers? I spent $30 extra per trip attempting to support a local business. Not anymore. To be fair the drivers are mostly nice but management is atrocious. Spend your money somewhere they appreciate it.
