The people at Omega are absolutely amazing. I have had two experiences with them and both were excellent. They are extremely caring and kind. They helped our family take a very sad situation and turn it into a good memory. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing funeral or cremation services in the Portland area.
Our father passed away, and at a time when you are grieving things can easily become overwhelming. My sister found Omega, and I am so glad she did. Toni was amazing and everything went very smooth. She was on top of everything we were trying to accomplish for my fathers service. Being the VA can be difficult to deal with I was relieved when she said she had taken care of everything. I am so very grateful that during such a difficult time in our lives Omega, Toni was there to help us through this. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Our family would like to thank the Omega staff in helping with the preparations for our loved one's cremation and memorial service. My dad passed away on Thursday and Omega had everything handled within a day and we had his remains by the following Wednesday. My sister was very upset by the loss and the owner was very attentive to her needs. He even took the time to allow her to see our dad one last time before cremation. He didn't pressure us to buy an urn through him and called and kept us updated throughout. His disposition is very professional and I found that helpful when making difficult decisions. He answered all questions honestly and politely. Highly recommend!
