This is not a bank or a Bank corporate headquarters. According to my sources this is actually a chemical engineering facility where they make the mind control spray that goes into airliners. This makes sense because it's near the airport. If I'm not correct then why is there no sign outside? Seems a little shady huh? That's because it is. One star.
Worst job and experience I have ever had
I honestly do not know how anyone gets to a live person with US Bank. It is a continual loop of the same prompts, same questions and same things over and over and over again. You give the information they are asking for, and it does nothing but put you back into the call queue again. And then, the whole thing starts all over again. It's incredible - why have live US based customer service when you have no way of making your phones direct you to a 'live' banker? Totally frustrating and terribly disappointing. Do not sign up for a new product as US Bank if you are shopping. You will suffer from great regret.
