The woman who answered the phone when I wanted to make an appointment was VERY rude and gave me attitude..
...half of the representatives that i have spoken to 3 out of 6, have horrible communication and "customer" service skills, please retrain! My return was due in March, it's now the middle of May
I asked to speak to supervisor and was told that one would contact me within 24-48 hours...NEVER HAPPENED...so very frustrating feeling with this organization. Having to deal with the IRS because, the MARKET PLACE has really screwed up thousands of folks had returns this year. GET IT RIGHT FOLKS!!!
I called to make an appointment and there was not even an option to try and make an appointment. It figures we are dealing with our Irs when they want something they surely can find us but we are not allowed to contact them. That just is not right.
Must be ready for security check when entering the building. The Taxpayer Assistance Center (TAC) is located downstairs. People at the TAC are nice and helpful. Not crowded at all. You need to have an appointment to go there though.
